Our process before delivery is to check the product thoroughly before a delivery can be made. This is to make sure that all the products are in good conditions before delivery.
We are committed in bringing a high standard of customer service.
We guarantee a 100% refund/replacement ONLY:
If goods are missing during our handling or broken (not working) during delivery
If the goods have got a clear physical damage on it (defect)
If the items are out of stock after a booking have been made (unless the customer wants to change the order with a different item in stock)
However, the customer have to make a report to us on the SAME DAY OF ITEMS ARRIVAL and email to ftgarage2014@gmail.com or for fast responses, kindly Whatsapp (60189494853) for guidance. We cannot make a refund for an item that has been worn and used after one day.
